Commentary

Falsificazione redatta nel secolo XI sulla falsariga del diploma dell'8 dicembre 915 (DD B I, pp. 276-279, n. CVIII). In aggiunta ai beni concessi nel diploma che funge da modello, compaiono il castrum Montis Latronis e la via pubblica che giunge al fiume detto Sancona. Falsificazione dimostrata da A. Fanta, Unedirte Diplome, II, Mit einem Excurs über die Urkunden Ludwigs II für Montamiata, nelle Mittheilungen &c. V.
